Unless noted otherwise, all of our caps are OSFA (One Size Fits All) or OSFM (One Size Fits Most). They are suitable for both men and women. We do carry apparel like Tees and Sweatshirts (please read the description for details on sizing)

In order to see if the baseball hat will fit you will need to measure your head circumference. Take a sewing measuring tape or you can even use a string. Wrap tight around your head above you ears and across your eyebrows. Stick your finger under the tape so you have a little bit of room and that is your head circumference!. If you used a string, match the length to a ruler.

Our baseball hats have an adjustable brass buckle and it fits head circumference between 20 1/2 inches to 21 3/8 inches.

We recommend spot cleaning to protect the embroidery and keep its shape. If your hat needs a deeper clean, hand wash it or machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle, then air dry. Never put your hat in the dryer — the heat can shrink and misshape it.

After a processing period of 1-2 business days, U.S. orders are expected to arrive in 3-5 business days for regular shipping and 2-3 business days for priority mail upgrades. International orders are expected to arrive in 7-10 business days or more depending on customs clearance.

Due to the custom design of each embroidery order once the sample has been approved (if a sample was requested) and custom hats have been embroidered, there are no returns.

Our designs are available for wholesale purchase by the dozen, with a minimum order of two dozen hats. Pricing depends on quantity being purchased, please message us how many you would like to buy to receive a quote.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Buyers cover return shipping and sale items aren't refundable. Defective or damaged items can be exchanged — just contact us. (Custom/personalized orders can't be returned.)
